After a week in Guanajuato it almost felt like home. We were happy to leave though, after 4 solid days of rain (liked least by the neighbours dog who howled and wimpered all night, keeping the whole family awake).
And the nearest 'park' was even more urban than our London park. Mathilda didnt notice though, and graduated to a grown up swing. Note the new bag - worn everywhere and filled with little bits of junk.
Our house had beautiful handcrafted ceilings, apparently there is only about 3 people left in mexico who can make these. On our last day we went out to lunch with the owner, lovely mexican man, also an architect, and at last had some delicious proper mexican food.
